NextHome Rustic Realty is a residential real estate brokerage that was formed in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We have been a NextHome franchise for about a year or so. Before we were NextHome Rustic, we were Rustic Wyoming Realty.
We decided to become a NextHome franchise because our beliefs and values meshed perfectly.

Kari coaches, leads and mentors a team of agents to insure that you have the best real estate buying and selling experience in Southeast Wyoming. Her Brokerage, NextHome Rustic Realty, is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
With over 26 years of leadership experience, Kari is able to use her knowledge of business and negotiations to insure her clients have the best real estate experience. Kari is also a Success Coach, Mentor and Educator for Realtors, Real Estate Investors, Sales Persons and Business Professionals. She is an innovator on the use of technology and old-school time management systems to help lead her clients to a much happier, more productive and overall successful experience.
Kari is actively involved in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Cheyenne Multiple Listing Service. She graduated from Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. She enjoys everything Wyoming including camping, hiking, fishing and hunting with her two sons, husband and two dogs.
Our office space is actually pretty unique! We renovated a church that was built here in 1960. We wanted to create a usable and welcoming space for our community. We wanted a place where our agents could have enough space to work, but also a space where we could hold events. We feel that our office space can not only be useful for us, but be a place that brings our community together.
Our office has two conference rooms, a deck that wraps around the building, patio spaces, a coffee bar with overhead glass garage door bringing the outdoors in, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, multiple office spaces, and a ton of workspace. One thing we love about our office is that our agents and clients can really work and meet anywhere. If it’s a beautiful day, we can work on the deck. If we feel like standing we can work at one of our taller bar tables! We really aimed to make our space comfortable for our agents and our clients. Our industrial farmhouse feel fits perfect with NextHome Rustic Realty.

Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models: a monthly flat rate fee or a gross commission income fee, with the ability to change plans every six months. In either case, there are no surprises. And never any desk, office, E&O, or any other fees. Period.
